Where we work is a huge part of how we work. We’re committed to ensuring the work we do at Circle drives social development. As colleagues, we support each other to grow and innovate. As a company, we get stuck into driving positive change in the communities we call home.

Walking for Cancer Research UK

In November, we took to the streets of Cardiff to walk 20km and visit some of our customers along the way! We raised over £1000 to go towards the amazing work that the charity does.

Circle supports homelessness charity in addressing digital inequality

We are proud to support The Wallich as one of our customers. Part of the charity’s goal is to stop the repeat cycle of homelessness through learning and development and much of this is focused on digital inclusivity. To support The Wallich with their brilliant work we have donated 38 laptops to enable people to access services they would have difficulty using normally.

Cleaning up for Plastic Free July

Throughout July, our amazing volunteers visited beaches in our local communities to clear up litter that would otherwise harm the environment. The team collected 15 bags of rubbish, rain or shine, and disposed of it safely.

Going 'Full Circle' for Ty-Hafan

Throughout January and February Circle and willing Partners are going to take on the challenge of travelling the distance of the Earth - 40,075km in aid of the hospice, Ty-Hafan.

Laptops donated to City of Bristol College

Across the UK, colleges and universities have experienced previously un-seen restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has had a detrimental impact on some students. So, in partnership with the college, we wanted to help.

We’re conscious of our carbon footprint and continually review our processes to remain as carbon-neutral as possible. We’ve even been awarded the Green Dragon Environmental Standard, an award that’s reserved for organisations who take action to understand, monitor and control their impacts on the environment.

Health & wellbeing

The mental and physical wellbeing of our employees is so important to us. We’re proud to have built an incredibly supportive company culture and workplace environment. We host regular mental health awareness events, offer guidance on nutrition and health, provide access to financial and legal advice, as well as counselling.
