As well as the founder of Circle, Roger now acts as our Chief Technology Officer to bring the latest and most advanced technologies to the market, using his experience to advise on how to best utilise them. Rogers passion for charity and community work is something that is at the core of Circle’s ethos. As a keen triathlete, he regularly puts his sport to good use in fundraising events.
Having been in senior leadership roles within the IT industry for over 30 years, as our CEO, David brings his experience and knowledge to Circle as we continue to develop, focussing our people on delivering consistently high standards for our customers. He has led several companies to impressive growth, building effective talent pipelines and sustainable revenue streams.
With 30 years of experience working within the IT sales space, Steve works closely with our customers on large scale digital transformation projects across various sectors, including Public Sector and our Commercial clients. Steve’s expert knowledge of Cloud/Datacentre Infrastructure, Networking and Security allows him to guide customers through potentially daunting procurement decisions with ease, delivering consistently successful results.
As our Services Director, Louise is responsible for ensuring best practices for service management and ultimately the highest standard of delivery of our managed and professional services to our customers. With 20 years of experience in IT Operations and IT Service Management, she has a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector. Louise works closely with all delivery teams and has the uncanny ability to fine-tune processes to deliver the most efficient outcomes for operations. As an ITIL expert, she fully understands the importance of quality and consistency in the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Jen joined Circle in 2002 and has been part of our journey since then. With 25 years working in the IT industry and as a core member of the leadership team, there is no better person to look after our people. As Head of HR, Jen’s focus is to ensure the best working environment and that this passes to our customers with the exceptional service we provide. She leads our talented HR team to drive business growth through the growth of our people.
Jack joined Circle in 2016 and has 12 years of sales leadership experience. As Head of Sales and Marketing, he has overall responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Sales Operations across the Circle Group. He has led a team of successful Business Development Executives and Account Managers to drive record organic growth and sustainable revenue streams across Managed services, Microsoft Technologies, Networking, and hybrid/cloud infrastructure.
