Organisations across the public and third sector in Wales have access to the ITPS2 framework, including local authorities, education bodies, NHS, Welsh Government and the sponsored bodies. The Framework offers them a cost-effective and simplified IT procurement process with pre-agreed terms.
Who Is The National Procurement Service?
Set up by the Welsh Government to stimulate and support the economy, the NPS acts as a facilitator between Welsh public sector organisations and local businesses offering the solutions they need. By offering collaborative frameworks for public sector organisations, it gives a simple primary route to market.
