Arrow has acquired the Circle Group in a strategic move to expand their product offering through Circle’s expertise in cloud solutions, networking and managed support.
Circle’s Microsoft Tier 1 CSP partner status alongside Fabric IT’s accreditations in Microsoft Dynamics enables Arrow to offer the full Microsoft suite of solutions and benefit from the extensive experience across both public and private sectors.
Circle’s Founder, Roger Harry, becomes a major shareholder within the Arrow Group and will play an important role in the strategy and the growth of the business moving forward.
Roger Harry, commented:
“I am delighted that Circle is joining Arrow. We will continue to develop and grow the business and look forward to the opportunities Circle will see as a result.”
Circle was founded in 2002 and has gone on to build a national customer base, with clients including UKTV, Harrison Clark Rickerbys and Cardiff University. More than 100 employees at the Cardiff Gate Business Park headquarters will now become part of Arrow. The existing senior leadership team at Circle as well as all other employees will remain in their current roles, with operations carrying on as normal.
David Jones, CEO at Circle commented:
“Joining Arrow is a very exciting step in the growth and development of Circle. With the acquisition, we can work together to offer our customers a broader portfolio whilst delivering the same levels of exceptional service.”
Richard Burke, CEO of Arrow Business Communications, has also commented on the acquisition:
“I am really excited to welcome the Circle and Fabric teams into the Arrow family. The cultural alignment of the businesses has stood out throughout the acquisition process and the high level of technical skill sets across the organisations will enhance Arrow’s cloud, Microsoft and networking capability even further. I’m sure the partnership moving forward will be a great success”.
We are really excited about what the future holds for Circle.
