Less than one week to go before CEO Roger Harry and Principal Infrastructure Architect Gavin Forrest take on the IRONMAN Wales challenge.
The team have been training all year for this gruelling challenge which will cover a staggering 140 miles from start to finish. IRONMAN is the hardest one-day endurance race in the entire world, IRONMAN Wales is well known as being one of the toughest courses out there!
