Circle has re-signed a contract with UKTV, Britain’s biggest multi-channel broadcaster to continue to support its IT infrastructure and help drive technology innovation.
In 2014 UKTV awarded their digital transformation tender to Circle to support with their continued growth and progressive new workspace.
Secure collaboration was a priority and UKTV wanted all staff to have the ability to access corporate IT services easily and the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time.
Following UKTV’s move to its new offices based in Hammersmith, Circle undertook a refresh of the entire infrastructure and Circle supported the broadcaster through their digital transformation strategy, designing and delivering a fully immersive, mobile enabled, collaborative working environment. As an example of one of the business outcomes, UKTV staff now move desks every quarter which has driven significant increases in collaboration and creativity.
The three-year extension and expansion of the contract will continue to see Circle work in strategic partnership with UKTV to drive continued transformation. In addition to the on-going support, Circle will deliver additional application support and increase the number of on-site support staff currently based at UKTV’s Hammersmith offices.
Circle's CEO Roger Harry said

Noel Ryan, Service Delivery Manager at UKTV said

We’ve been really impressed with the work that Circle has done for us during the last three years and we look forward to seeing what we can achieve together in the next three years!
