Circle IT is proud to announce another milestone in the company’s history with the achievement of the Quality Management Standard ISO 9001: 2008.
ISO 9000 is a family of standards related to quality management, designed to help organisations ensure that they are capable of delivering a consistent service.
Certification to ISO 9001: 2008 requires auditing to be undertaken by an accredited third party to thoroughly review the company’s internal quality management system processes, ensuring that they meet customers’ needs and expectations.
Jennifer Griffiths, Director of Operations, HR and Business Delivery commented on the certification;
“Over the last few years we have invested in our business to continually improve services for our clients and we’ve worked extremely hard on gaining this accreditation from ISO. Special thanks in particular goes to Sarah Williams, our Sales Operations Team Leader who has led the project over the last 12 months and worked with the accreditor to ensure that we met the standards set out as part of the certification. Sarah joined us 6 years ago as a sales administrator and has shown real strengths in developing and putting in place processes across the business.”
She continued “This is a great achievement for Circle IT and is the first in a range of standards that we are working to get certified on, all of which show our commitment to our customers in maintaining a strong culture of quality and consistency in our services”.
