Circle IT are delighted that the team have finally done it! They took on Dell EMC Management Challenge for a 4th year and achieved what they went for – 1st place!

The Dell EMC Management Challenge is a unique, competitive event designed to optimise management team performance and to deliver positive charitable outcomes. This year’s partner charity is The Prince’s Trust. An incredible £46,000+ was raised in total for the charity over the course of the weekend.

The challenge took place on September 28th – 30th 2018 and was kicked off by Britain’s greatest Paralympic athlete – Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson. Tanni delivered an inspirational keynote on the importance of inclusion in a sporting and working context. ‘Inclusion’ was the overall theme for the 2018 event, all 26 teams took on the principles and benefits of inclusion and were able to apply these in the adventure race, which is a huge part of the challenge.

The gruelling 2-day adventure race saw the team cover a staggering 64km over and around the Brecon Beacons by form of Running, Hiking, Canoeing and Mountain Biking. Team Circle IT are thrilled with the outcome and look forward to next year where we hope to hold our title of reigning champions of the Dell EMC Management Challenge!
