Circle Makes Strategic Microsoft Dynamics/CRM Partner Acquisition

We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of the Microsoft Gold certified organisation, Fabric IT.

Circle acquires Fabric IT

The £3 million revenue Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Cloud & Managed Services business will become part of the Circle Group. This takes the Group to £25 million in turnover and over 100 employees.

Whilst Fabric IT will officially be a part of the Circle Group, it will operate autonomously. Fabric will continue with 'business as usual', supporting their customers as normal.

What does this mean for our customers?

This exciting news won't affect how Circle operates. Nothing will change for our customers and we will continue to offer the same high level of support as always. However, what it does mean is that we have enhanced our Microsoft Cloud capabilities, so we can offer you more services and solutions.

We have enhanced our Microsoft portfolio

Fabric enhances our core Microsoft Cloud portfolio, bringing Microsoft Dynamics (Business Process, CRM, ERP), Power Apps (Data Analytics, Visualisation and Development) and additional Microsoft Modern Workplace capability to Circle. So, whilst it is business as usual, if you have any questions about our new capabilities and what they could do within your organisation, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

As a Microsoft Tier 1 (CSP) Partner, we provide expert design, deployment and support services for all Microsoft products and solutions.
