Circle IT are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for a CRN Sales and Marketing Award for Graduate Scheme of the Year.
The awards which recognise sales and marketing teams across channel businesses will focus on innovation, evolution and development.
Circle IT launched their Graduate Scheme last year following on from the successful promotion of one of their Internal Account Managers who had taken on an external customer facing role. Using this model as a blueprint, the graduate scheme has been developed to grow the company's next generation of External Account Managers by drawing on formerly untapped graduate talent. With two graduates joining late in 2018 and another two so far in 2019 its testament to the hard work that has been put into getting the scheme up and running and the dynamic, enthusiastic nature of the new recruits.
Our shortlisted entry will now go through to the second round of judges where the overall winners will be decided. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 4th July at the Montcalm in Marble Arch, London.
