ISSUE NOW RESOLVED
Due to technical issues with third-party software used by Circle, we were temporarily unable to log service desk/support tickets via email.
For the duration of the service interruption, our customers were advised to log any tickets by calling 0330 333 8001. Portal users could also log tickets via the service portal if they have access to this.
We understand that the issues started at 3am on 1st
February. Any emails which were sent between then and 1.30 pm 1st February would have had a delay in receipt.
All our customers still received the same high standard of support and all tickets were processed in the same way once logged.
