Over the past few years, the technology sector has grown rapidly, which has also meant the growth of our customer portfolio and our business as a whole. With that, we acquired Fabric IT in 2021 and were then acquired by Arrow Business Communications later that year, which meant even more growth for Circle.
Our people have adjusted to this phenomenally, acting as true team players and helping enhance the group as a whole.
This has allowed us to expand in many ways, specifically in our recruitment and HR teams.
Our people are taking on greater responsibilities, collaborating with different teams and expanding their skills through training, allowing us to better accommodate our customer's needs.
This growth has also meant that we have been able to create more roles throughout the organisation and encourage internal promotions.
Over the past year, we have had a huge number of internal promotions, encouraging our people's progression and allowing them to adapt their skills and gain new skills that have been fundamental to the success of our organisation.

The future at Arrow
Our team has now successfully been moved over to Arrow's HR system where we are able to interact with colleagues across the group and celebrate the development that is taking place to create a "one team" experience for all of our employees.
We have started integrating teams and working together to develop and promote our expertise and provide new opportunities for both our people and our customers.
