Backup & Disaster Recovery
Backup tools that keep your organisation running smoothly, even if disaster strikes.
Talk to one of our experts todaySometimes even the best laid plans go amiss. And when they do, that can cause big problems for organisations.
Having put the time, effort, and planning into building your systems, you can massively reduce the impact of a disaster by having the right backup and recovery service in place.
It’s a no-brainer.
How we can help
The scale of your organisation, the type of work you do, and how and where you do it are all factors in determining how to best backup your data and plan disaster recovery measures. For some organisations, simply adding an extra layer of backup to their Microsoft 365 service through SaaS Protection is plenty. But for more complex organisations with lots of sensitive data, bulletproof, enterprise-grade, immutable backup packages are a must. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer.
Our team of backup and disaster recovery experts use widely recognised frameworks and best practices, such as the National Cyber Security Centre ‘3-2-1 Backup Strategy’ – three copies of your data, two on different devices onsite, one copy offsite – as the foundations of bespoke backup solutions.
There might be several different ways we could carve out a solution that fulfils your requirements. Our teams have strong relationships with a whole host of partners and solution providers, so we can build what you need at a price that suits your budget.

But my data is already safe in the cloud, isn’t it?
Not necessarily. Cloud services are very safe and secure, and highly available, with many including built-in security features. But the truth is, even data in cloud-based applications can be vulnerable to things like:
- End-user deletion - accidental or otherwise
- Malware damage or ransomware attacks
- Operational errors, e.g. data overwriting
- Cancelled user licenses
- Misconfigured application workflows
With many organisations now turning to cloud-based suites of applications such as Microsoft 365 to operate day-to-day, these risks can’t be ignored. To find out more about protecting your M365 data, download our brochure on SaaS Protection.
And what about physical infrastructure?
Of course, not all organisations host their backup servers in the cloud. If you backup your data onsite, that poses a different set of risks that need to be managed. Luckily, none of this is insurmountable. With the right planning and expertise, you can protect your data effectively wherever it’s stored and recover quickly should disaster strike.
